A quiet return to real food, gut wisdom, and the slow art of nourishment.
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
Hello from a mother, a nurturer, and a woman who believes deeply in the quiet, powerful medicine of real food and deep listening—to the body, to the seasons, to the wisdom that lives in our bones.
I didn’t always know that food mattered. That what we eat doesn’t just shape our bodies—it shapes our moods, our minds, our sense of self. I didn’t grow up with meat stock simmering or sourdough starters on the counter. I had to learn—through my own journey, through unlearning, through change. And when I did, everything shifted.
With a background in food (hospitality major), languages, and music, I eventually found myself circling back to something older. Something rooted. Along the way, I moved through PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, Raynaud’s, clinical depression, acne, chronic dryness, recurring thrush, disordered eating patterns, gastritis, and more. As things began to unravel and settle, I trained as a nutritional coach, a LCHF diet advisor (low carb-high fat) and a certified GAPS coach, then studied nutrition (BSc in Nutrition)—deepening my understanding of how food truly shapes our health.
I’m always learning—continually expanding my knowledge and staying curious, keeping up with new research while holding fast to the wisdom that’s stood the test of time. Traditional foods. Ancestral wisdom. Gut health as the foundation of everything. No shortcuts. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just deep listening—to the body, to the earth, to that quiet knowing inside us that says: this is what real nourishment feels like.
Now, I live to nurture—not just my own family, but anyone who feels the tug to reclaim their wellness and reconnect with their body. I believe we can flourish when we honour our biology, eat with intention, and trust the process—even when it’s slow, messy, or hard. Especially then.
This space is your invitation to come home to yourself—one meal, one choice, one breath at a time.
When you’re ready, I’m right here with you.
